Group Training

Our group training programs have something for everyone. We limit the size of each program to make sure that each participant receives individual attention and doesn’t get lost in the crowd. The “Team” theme is emphasized in each session. We strive to create a fun, supportive environment filled with camaraderie and positive energy.

 Team Fit (Boot Camp)


Meet the St. Laurent Health and Performance version of boot camp! Team Fit provides participants with challenging, yet motivating group training sessions that include a variety of innovative exercises to improve your overall fitness. Team Active


If you are new to exercise, just getting back into the swing of things, or are looking for a low-impact alternative to Team Fit, Team Active is a great choice for you. Each session provides participants with a well rounded workout that incorporates muscular fitness, aerobic endurance and flexibility training using a variety of modes and types of equipment.  Team Active Information Sheet

Team Rogue (Advanced Boot Camp)
Ready for the unexpected and somewhat unconventional? Thinking about taking on an obstacle course like Tough Mudder, Warrior Dash, or Spartan Race? Then this is the program for you! Team Rogue will prepare you for the elements and challenges of obstacle racing. (We recommend that participants gain confidence and experience with the exercises in Team Fit first.) Sessions will meet at the studio, but you’ll never know where Team Rogue will take you!

Team Strength
A pure muscular fitness program that mixes traditional resistance training, positive energy, and a variety of techniques to improve your muscular strength and endurance.

Team Kick
Team Kick is a high energy exercise program that will allow you to punch and kick your way to greater endurance and strength. This program follows a cardio kickboxing format that includes aerobic drills, strength exercises, and fun challenges. (While many of the exercises in Team Kick are based on martial arts techniques, it is an exercise program, not a martial arts instructional class.)

Registration Information

  • Registration for group training is available through our self-service site where you may renew group training memberships and then schedule yourself for sessions. (Please note that CT sales tax will be added to all fees upon registration.)
  • Advanced registration is required. Online registration closes 12 hours prior to the start of a session. Please cancel or reschedule sessions online at least 12 hours in advance.
  • We require a minimum of 3 registered participants to hold a session.
